Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Hardware Helper portal (the "Service") and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to these rules.
Permitted Use
The Service is licensed for your organization's own internal business use only, by your authorized users.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Resell or provide the Service to others. Do not package, repackage, white-box, white-label, rebrand, embed, or otherwise make the Service — or its output offered as a service — available to your own customers, clients, or any third party.
- Share access credentials or sign-in links, or allow anyone outside your licensed organization to use the Service.
- Upload content you do not have the right to submit, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or confidential to a third party without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's source, prompts, models, or reference materials.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage metering, billing, authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
- Use the Service to build, train, or benchmark a competing product.
- Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Enforcement
Violation of this Policy is a material breach of the Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to ADBM.
