• Uploaded content — documents, drawings, schedules, images, and other files you submit to the Service.
• Usage records — queries you run, processing metadata, token/usage counts, timestamps, and cost data used for billing and to improve the Service.
• Technical data — a functional session cookie and standard server logs (see our Cookie Notice).

How We Use Information

• To operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service;
• To process documents and generate output at your request;
• To meter usage and bill for the Service;
• To develop and improve our products, models, datasets, and reference materials;
• To communicate with you about your account and support.

As described in our Terms of Service, content you submit is released and licensed to ADBM and may be used, stored, processed, licensed, and sold by us — along with any data derived or aggregated from it — for any purpose, including improving the Service and ADBM's products, models, and datasets.

Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We use trusted third parties to run the Service, including cloud hosting and AI processing providers such as Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI model processing), and Google (email delivery and document services). Content and data may be processed by these providers solely to provide the Service.

How We Share Information

As described in our Terms of Service, ADBM may use, disclose, license, and sell Client Content and any data derived or aggregated from it, including to third parties. We also share information with the service providers above, with your client organization as needed to administer access and billing, and where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We retain account, usage, and uploaded content for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and business obligations, and improve our products. You may contact us regarding retention or deletion requests, subject to our agreement with your client organization and applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Requests to access, correct, or delete information can be directed to us at the contact below; we will handle them consistent with our client agreements and applicable law.
